General Senior Session Questions


Are touch-ups extra? - Touch-ups are included in the sitting fee price.

How many outfits? - We do not place any specific restrictions on outfits.  You can expect to get 2 or 3 changes of clothes in per session, for a total of 3 or 4 outfits.  We would rather you brought more than you wore, rather than regret not bringing one.

Can you remove braces? Typically no.  It would require enough visible tooth enamel to recreate the teeth hidden by the braces.

Are Indoor and Outdoor sessions held together? - Unless requested, we try to schedule them on different days.

Do I submit my Senior Portrait? We submit your portrait to your school for you.  Simply tell us which one, and we will take care of the rest.

What is the Social Media Album? - It is a gallery containing all of your images, except that the watermark has been moved to the bottom corner, and the images have been down-rezzed to make them easy to download and upload to social media website.  A free app, "Photo Moments", is used to view and share the images.

Can my gallery be password protected? - Yes. Just let us know what password you would like. Please refrain from giving us your "usual" password, and instead use something simple like the name of your favorite pet.  We will send the password you chose along with the initial gallery invite, so you don't have to remember.

 

Indoor Sessions


When are they scheduled? - Indoor sessions are scheduled during evenings, any night of the week.

Where is your studio located? - Our studio is located in our home, which is in the Gulfstream development off of Lakeshore Road.  The address is 6326 Finish Line Trail.

What comes first?The indoor session always starts with the yearbook portrait.

 

Outdoor Sessions


When are they scheduled? - Outdoor session are scheduled during the morning or afternoon of either Saturday or Sunday.

Where are they held? - They are held at the location of your choosing. The majority of our clients use either Franklin Square, Thornden Park or Onondaga Lake Park, but we are always looking for new venues.

Where do I meet you? - We will meet at the location

Where do I change clothes? - At Franklin Square, we suggest you change in the coffee shop, as they have a private, lockable bathroom. For all other locations, you typically have to change in your vehicle.

What happens if it rains? - We monitor the weather very closely.  If it is only threatening to rain, we will proceed with the shoot, especially since cloudy days are the best for outdoor photos.  If it actually rains, we will reschedule.

 

Payment


How can I pay? - We accept cash, check, charge, PayPal ® and Venmo ®.

When is payment due? - Payment is due at the time of the session.  If we do your indoor session first, we will only charge you for that portion, just in case something happens and we cannot do the outdoor session.  Otherwise, the full sitting fee is due.

 

Ordering


What print sizes do you offer? - There are too many to list.  We also offer a variety of novelty items, like photo books, greeting cards, etc...  Make sure you browse the entire shop!

How does the photo credit work? - Once all of your images have been uploaded, you will be sent a Coupon Code for the amount of your credit, which is package dependent.  When you checkout online, you will have an opportunity to enter the code at the payment step.  Any unused credit will be re-added back to the same coupon code, so you will still receive the full credit amount, even if you do not use it entirely on your first order.

How do I order Graduation Cards? - For Graduation Cards, you have essentially two options. The first is to order cards from us through our website. The second option is to purchase a digital copy of the image(s) you want to use, at which point you could then use the website or service of your choice since you would own the rights to the image(s). You can use your photo credit to purchase digital downloads.

What if I want all the images? - It is possible to get the rights to all of the images on a per Session basis. However, it cannot be done through this website. Please contact us directly for more information.
